Ingredients for 8 servings: 250 gr white chocolate
100 gr sugar
300 gr biscuits
100 gr butter
2 yolks
1 handful of dried fruit as desired
1 espresso coffee
Ready in: about 25 minutes
How to prepare the recipe: "White chocolate salami":
Beat butter, previously softned, with sugar, add yolks one at a time and then the warm melted white chocolate, pouring very slowly. Add the espresso and crunched biscuits and mix with a wooden spoon, combining the dried fruit too.
Wrap the mixture with a baking paper sheet, modelling a salami and closing the ends “a caramella” (like candies). Let it harden in the fridge for 2 hours and serve cutted into thick slices decorating, if youlike, with some mint leaves and raspberries.
Chef's advice
If you like, you can substitute the white chocolate with the same amunt of milk chocolate. Proceed as described in the recipe and when the sweet is done, spread with unsweetened cocoa powder. Decorate with tufts of whipped cream.
