How to prepare the recipe: "Polenta":
Pour 1.2 lt of water in a pot. Salt and let it boil; slowly pour the cornmeal, always stiring with a wooden spoon and cook at medium heat for 40 minutes, until you get a smooth and omogeneous mixture. If the polenta should be to much firm, add some more hot water.
