Ingredients for 4 servings: 200 gr flour
150 gr sugar
100 gr raisin
40 gr peeled walnut kernels
2 eggs
1 cup of strong tea
16 gr baking powder
Butter
Salt
Ready in: about 80 minutes
How to prepare the recipe: "Sweet focaccia with raisin and walnuts":
Wash raisin, put them in a bowl and pour over the cup of boiling black tea. Sugar, stir, cover and let it macerate for one night.
In a another bowl sieve the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add eggs, tea with the raisin and knead the dough until you get an homogenous mix. Add the chopped walnut kernels.
Pour the dough into a baking pan previously buttered and floured.
Put in hot oven at 180°C and cook for an hour.
Let it cool before serving sliced.
