Ingredients for 4 servings: 4 apples Granny Smith (800 gr)
120 gr flour
100 gr sugar
2 albumens
1 yolk
Half glass of milk
1 sachet of baking powder
A little of butter and breadcrumbs for the mold
Ready in: about 105 minutes
How to prepare the recipe: "Apple cake":
Peel the apples and cut into thin slices.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, the yolk, milk, baking powder and mix well. Finally, gently add the 2 whipped albumens.
Grease the mold, spread with the breadcrumbs, place the apple slices and cover with the mixture.
Bake ato 180 °C for about 1 hour.
Preparation time: 45 minutes
Cooking time: 60 minutes
